Planning is underway to transform the El Cerrito Plaza BART Station to a place for people. The development team selected by BART, which includes Holliday Development, Related California, and Satellite Affordable Housing (SAHA), will be redeveloping the parking lots owned by BART with homes, public open space, and community uses.
El Cerrito Plaza BART Station is perfectly positioned to support equitable housing opportunities, create new community and resident spaces, and connect the station to the downtown and economic core of the city.
